I haven’t received a booking confirmation or entry voucher, what should I do?
You can simply contact us by email so we can send it to you as soon as possible.
Are animals allowed at the campsite?
Yes, of course, we want you and your companions to have a great holiday. They must be kept on a leash and their waste picked up by you. We do not accept categorized dogs.
Is the campsite secure at night?
Yes, the gates are closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. The campsite also has a 24/7 video surveillance system.
Can we pay for the booking with ANCV Holiday Vouchers / ANCV Connect Holiday Vouchers?
Yes, to do so, you need to send them to us by mail or choose the ANCV Connect Holiday Vouchers option when paying for your booking.
What are the reception opening hours?
Reception and the campsite are open year-round, 7 days a week: Jan 1 – Mar 15: 10 AM – 12 PM / 4 PM – 7 PM Mar 16 – May 31: 9 AM – 12 PM / 3 PM – 7 PM Jun 1 – Jun 30: 9 AM – 12 PM / 2 PM – 7 PM Jul 1 – Aug 31: 9 AM – 12 PM / 2 PM – 8 PM Sep 1 – Sep 30: 9 AM – 12 PM / 2 PM – 7 PM Oct 1 – Oct 31: 9 AM – 12 PM / 3 PM – 7 PM Nov 1 – Dec 31: 10 AM – 12 PM / 4 PM – 7 PM
What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?
You can purchase cancellation insurance when booking.
Is it possible to modify my booking?
It depends on your specific case; please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, all rentals are subject to a €250 security deposit.
What documents do I need to provide upon arrival?
Any document proving your identity (passport, ID card…)
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes, please send us your request by email (name, first name, beneficiary number, department, stay dates, type of rental, and number of adults and children).
Accommodation
Are sheets and towels included in the accommodation?
No, you can purchase the Flower Travel pack when you make your booking.
Is Wi-Fi available at the campsite?
Yes! Enjoy 2 hours free for 6 users per stay, with the option to extend as needed. Wi-Fi covers the entire campsite.
Can we add a tent next to a mobile home?
For comfort reasons, only some rental units allow this.
Is the mobile home equipped with a parasol?
Yes, you can enjoy the terrace while being protected from the sun.
Do you have accessible accommodation for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, a 2-bedroom mobile home is available and offers full comfort for people with reduced mobility.
Is there a TV in the mobile homes?
Yes, all our rental units are equipped with televisions (excluding Lodges Marquises and Abricyclos).
Aquatic Areas
Are food and drinks allowed in the aquatic area?
No, for hygiene reasons, the consumption of food and drinks is prohibited within the pool area.
Are swimming briefs mandatory at the pool?
Swimming briefs are mandatory; all other swimwear is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, you will not be allowed access to the pool.
Are qualified lifeguards present around the pools?
No, children are the responsibility of their parents.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, to ensure comfort throughout the season, the pool is heated.
Is the pool accessible to campsite visitors?
No.
Are animals allowed in the aquatic area?
No.
Activities
What are the start and end times for the activities?
All activities will end at 11 PM for everyone’s well-being.
Are all activities free to access and without reservation?
Please check the program on the Flower app to see the access conditions.
From what age are children admitted to the activities?
The mini-club is accessible from 5 years old.
When do the activities start during the season?
Activities start with the summer school holidays.
Do theme nights need to be booked?
Booking is recommended.
How can I get the calendar or schedule of activities?
The Flower app will inform you throughout your stay.
Surroundings
What is the distance between the campsite and the banks of the Loire?
The banks of the Loire are located 20 meters from the campsite gates.
Is swimming allowed?
Swimming in the Loire is strictly prohibited, but you can enjoy the banks of the Loire to relax.
Are excursions available departing from the campsite?
By canoe, on foot, or by bike, everything is possible departing from the campsite.
Is the campsite close to the town center?
You will be a 15-minute walk from Sully-sur-Loire town center and all its amenities by crossing the footbridge.
Are there activities on the banks of the Loire?
The town of Sully organizes the Sully Plage activities in July and early August.
Where are the cycle paths located?
La Loire à Vélo and the cycle paths are located at the edge of the campsite; you can use the small gates to access them.
Where is the nearest tourist office?
The Sully-sur-Loire tourist office will welcome you and inform you about all the activities to do in the surrounding area.
Can I walk to a supermarket?
You will find a supermarket 1.8 km away and a small town grocery store in Sully-sur-Loire.
Is the campsite served by public transport?
Yes.

Can we rent bikes at the campsite?
The campsite does not offer bike rental. Our partners such as Intersport Saint-Père-sur-Loire, Arcatène, and Passion 2 Roues in Sully-sur-Loire offer this service. Feel free to book in advance.
What are the opening hours and period for the snack bar?
The snack bar is open for dinner during high season in July and August.
