You can simply contact us by email so that we can send you it as soon as possible.
Are pets allowed in the campsite?
Yes of course, we want to make you and your companions have a good holiday.
Is the campsite secure at night?
Yes, the gates are closed from 11pm to 7am. The campsite also has a 24-hour video surveillance system.
Can I pay by holiday voucher for the reservation?
Yes, you need to send them to us by mail.
What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?
You can take out cancellation insurance when booking.
Is it possible to modify my reservation?
It all depends on your case, we let you refer to our general conditions of sale.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, all rentals are subject to a deposit of 250€.
What documents do I need to provide upon arrival?
Any document proving your identity (passport, identity card …)
Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes, please send us your request by email (surname, first name, beneficiary number, department, dates of stay, type of rental and number of adults and children).
Are bed linen and towels included in the accommodation?
No, you can subscribe to the flower travel package when booking.
Is the wifi free and available throughout the campsite?
Yes, the service is free and gives the right to 4 hours of connection per day.
Can I add a tent next to a mobile home?
For reasons of comfort, only a few rentals allow this.
Are all mobile homes air-conditioned?
The comfort and premium mobile homes are equipped with heat pumps.
Is the mobile home equipped with an umbrella?
Yes, you can enjoy the terrace while being protected from the sun
Do you have accommodation adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, a 2-bedroom mobile home is available and offers all the comforts for people with reduced mobility.
Is there TV in the mobile homes?
Yes, all our rentals are equipped with televisions (excluding Bengali and campstars).
Is the aquatic area open in low season?
The swimming pool is open on high season during the months of July and August.
Are food and drinks allowed in the aquatic area?
No, for reasons of hygiene the consumption of drinks and food is prohibited in the pool.
Are the panty swimsuit mandatory at the pool?
The panty suit is mandatory, any other swimwear is prohibited. In case of non-compliance, you will not be able to access the swimming pool.
Are there qualified lifeguards around the pools?
No, children are under the responsibility of their parents.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, to ensure comfort throughout the season, the pool is heated.
Is the swimming pool accessible to visitors to the campsite?
Are pets allowed on the aquatic area?
What are the start and end times of the animations?
All activities will end at 11pm for the well-being of all.
Are all the animations freely accessible and without reservation?

From what age are children allowed to the animations?
The kids’ club is accessible from 5 years old.
When do the animations start in the season?
The activities begin with the summer school holidays.
Do we need to book theme nights?
Reservations are advised.
How can I get the calendar or schedule of animations?
The Flower app will inform you throughout your stay.
How far is the campsite from the beach?
The beaches are located 20 meters from the gates of the campsite.
Is the beach lifeguarded?
Swimming in the Loire is strictly forbidden but you can enjoy the beaches to relax.
Are exurcions available with a departure at the campsite?
By canoe, on foot or by bike, everything is possible from the campsite.
Is the campsite located near the city centre?
You will be 15 minutes walk from the city center of Sully sur Loire and all its amenities by crossing the footbridge.
Is there entertainment on the beach?
The city of Sully organizes in July and early August the animations Sully Plage.
Where are the bike paths?
The Loire à Vélo and the cycle paths are located on the edge of the campsite, you can take the gates to reach them.
Where is the nearest tourist office?
The tourist office of Sully sur Loire will welcome you and inform you about all the activities to do in the area.
Can we access a supermarket on foot?
A supermarket and a mini-market in Sully sur Loire is 1.8 km away.
Is the campsite served by public transport?
Can we rent bikes on the campsite?
Yes, we offer mountain bike rental. Do not hesitate to book them in advance.
Can I rent a cot or high chair?
Yes, the campsite offers you an extra baby kit including high chair and cot when booking.
What are the opening hours of the snack bar?
The container is open for dinner.
Is there a permanence in case of problems on the accommodation?
Yes, an emergency number is provided upon arrival.
Do I have to make an appointment for the inventory when I leave?
Yes, 24 hours before your departure.
Is there a bread deposit?
Yes, only in high season during the months of July and August.
Is there a cleaning service offered for mobile homes?
Yes, in addition to choose when booking.
Does the campsite have a laundry service?
No, however 2 washing machines and 1 dryer are at your disposal on the campsite.
Can I use my own laundry at the laundromat?
Yes. We also sell laundry pods.
